Goddamn, yet another collaboration with Aardman and macho man himself, Gavin Strange along with Aardman’s creative director Merlin Crossingham for the main titles for OFFF Barcelona 2016.

I’d like to be able to say how much I worked on this and made it mine, but, as it happens, I animated just under  half of this.  Knowing that this was coming up in May of 2016, Gav asked me to help out as much as possible.  For all the guys involved who work for Aardman, it was work as usual.  For me, renting a desk from Aardman and between projects, it was a freebie.  As there was nothing to invoice against – strictly a portfolio piece for all involved – when some extremely tedious, yet well paid corporate work kept rolling in, I passed it on to the folks at Aardman to finish themselves.  So basically, one of those classic scenarios.
